The Intensity Inspector Software
For the localisation of noise sources the data acquired with acoustical probes are processed and visualized as an overlay to an image of the object investigated.
In this newly developed innovative method a digital camera is placed in such a way that the object to be investigated is optimally displayed. The camera transfers images continuously to the display of the computer connected. Thus the current position of the probe in front of the specimen can be detected easily and quickly without the need of any additional tools. This guaranties precisely aligned results.
Measurement results may be displayed at any time already during the measurement. No regular distribution of measurement points is required, thus, a measurement can start with a rough overview and may be detailed in those areas only where it is of interest. The transfer of results and measured spectra to MS Office is be done by a simple mouse click.

Using the Intensity Inspector saves time and money
Common probe based measurement systems need a dense grid of measurement points in order to produce clear results. This has to be defined in the software as well as in reality, e.g. be means of rubber bands, to get a precise alignment of the results. This is rather complex and therefore time consuming and expensive.
