Signal Inspector – "The" Mobile Datarecorder

For mobile data acquisition. In top form under extreme conditions. The Signal Inspector is compact and rugged and acquires data under extreme conditions. In a bob run, on a desert trip, on an airplane or underground it delivers reliable results from minus 40 °C to plus 70 °C.

Operation:

  • Easy configuration using a laptop
  • Connected via LAN/WLAN
  • 2 GB internal memory expandable with USB memory devices
  • Synchronous acquisition with up to 28 channels with minimal space consumption
  • Various signal types may be acquired (voltage, IEPE (ICP) conditioning, bridge amplifier for strain gauges)
  • Measurement of acceleration, velocity, displacement, force, strain, rpm, analogue and digital signals
  • Continuous or intermittent recording, trigger condition may be defined individually for any channel
  • Online rain flow counting in parallel to raw data recording
  • All data is stored in standard formats such as TDMS or Universal File Format and may be processed immediately by many standard software like DIAdem
  • Simple installation, low power consumption (7 W to 10 W typically), wide range of power supply voltage (9 V to 35 V)
